See some common questions and answers below, or call us at 123456789

  • What file formats do you accept?

We recommend JPEG at compression level 9 or higher. Please choose Baseline (“Standard”) as the compression format. Do not use Progressive JPEG compression.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept AMEX, Mastercard and Visa credit cards. You can also use your PayPal account.

  • What if I'm not satisfied with the quality of the product?

We're sorry that you are not happy with the quality of your product. You can contact us and we will set up a return or re-do the product.

  • How do I apply a coupon code to my order?

At checkout you can click the 'Coupon Code' button and a text field will expand. Enter your coupon code and hit 'Enter' and you will see the code applied to your shopping cart

  • How do I ensure my monitor's display matches your prints accurately?

You must have a calibrated monitor. We recommend that you use a hardware calibration method. We use the X-rite i1 Pro. The Spyder by Colorvision, the Colormunki and others are also great choices.

  • What is the optimum file size for a print?

The optimum file size for a print depends on various factors such as the desired print size, resolution, and intended viewing distance. We recommend providing a high-resolution file to ensure optimal print quality.

  • Do you process film?

Yes, we offer film processing services. Our team is experienced and dedicated to providing high-quality results. Feel free to bring in your film for processing, and we'll take care of the rest!

  • Can you print black and white photos?

Prints from our printer are produced on color photographic paper, but we regularly send images without color tone to this equipment with good results. Minor variations in the chemical process will cause visible color shifts on monochrome prints. We cannot guarantee perfectly neutral grayscale prints on photographic paper designed for use with RA4 chemistry and tonal variations are to be expected.
